Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Real Frame Sagl collects on this website, why, and what rights you have. It covers www.realframe.ch and the domains that point to it. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website is a landing page. It has no accounts, no logins and no payments. Our test environment at app.realframe.ch is a separate service with its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.

What we collect, and only when you send it

Browsing this website does not require you to give us any personal data. We receive personal data only when you choose to use one of the forms below.

Questionnaire

About you: name, email address, company, role.
Your process: sector, how you check identity today, roughly how many checks you run per month.
Your systems: which systems an integration would need to connect to (optional), and your timeline.
Your choices: whether you want the free consultation, and whether you want the newsletter.

Mail form

Name, email address, your message, and whether you want the newsletter.

Your email address. You are added to the list only after you confirm by clicking the link we email you.

Booking a call

If you book a call, the booking is made with Cal.com. You enter your details directly with Cal.com, and we receive the name, email address and any notes you give there.

With every form we also record the language of the page you used, so we can reply in it.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To reply to you and prepare a consultation you asked for: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To send the newsletter: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
To keep the website secure and working, including limiting abusive form submissions by IP address: our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or build profiles from it.

Who receives it

We use a small number of providers that process data on our behalf:

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.
Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox, sends confirmation emails, and holds the newsletter list.
Cal.com handles call bookings. Its scheduling widget loads only when you scroll to the booking section.

These providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Form submissions: as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 12 months after our last exchange, unless we enter into a contract with you.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@realframe.me.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, the authority in your country of residence.

We update this policy when what we collect changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
